The platform brings together product registration, warranty activation, installer rewards and support resources into a single installer focused experience.

By tightly integrating digital engagement with Warmflow’s manufacturing and operational systems, Connect strengthens installer relationships while also improving internal data quality and visibility.

THE CHALLENGE

Heating installers typically interact with multiple systems to register products, activate warranties, access technical documentation and participate in loyalty schemes. This fragmented experience can introduce friction and reduce engagement, while also limiting the quality of operational data available to manufacturers.

Warmflow identified several challenges:

  • Product registration and warranty activation were manual and inconsistent

  • Installer incentives were under utilised due to limited visibility

  • Operational registration data was not flowing cleanly into downstream systems
